Stom."],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2025,3,28]]},"abstract":"The aim is to study the effect of photodynamic therapy as an additional method of treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases on a clinical example. Research objectives. To develop and apply a protocol for the treatment of periodontal patients using photodynamic therapy in combination with traditional methods of treatment in a clinical study. Evaluate the results of the treatment, compare the results with the literature data. Materials and methods. The study involved 50 patients diagnosed with K05.1 Chronic gingivitis of moderate severity. The patients were divided into 2 groups: the study group and the control group. The study group, unlike the control group, received photodynamic therapy in addition to the standard treatment of chronic gingivitis. The evaluation of treatment results was carried out using the papillary-marginal-alveolar index (PMA) modified by C. Parma (1960). The results obtained during the study were statistically analyzed. Descriptive statistics methods were used, the Student\u2019s t-test was calculated, as well as the nonparametric Mann\u2014Whitney test for independent groups. Results and discussion. During the comparison of the groups before the start of periodontal treatment, there was no statistically significant difference between the groups: the study and control groups did not differ from each other before the treatment. However, after periodontal treatment, the values of statistical criteria showed a statistically significant difference: in the study group, after therapeutic measures, a greater degree of reduction in the average papillary-marginal-alveolar index was revealed than in the control group. Conclusion. The developed protocol of photodynamic therapy demonstrates high efficiency in reducing the level of inflammation (reduction of the PMA index by 36.84% in the group using photodynamic therapy (p<0.05)) in periodontal tissues due to the elimination of pathogenic microflora. Treatment using photodynamic therapy contributes to a more significant reduction in the average PMA index than in the control group by 10.88% (p<0.05). The use of photodynamic therapy opens up new horizons in the treatment of periodontal patients. The results of the study are consistent with the data obtained by a number of authors. Of the ions under study, Si iii<\/jats:sc>\n \u03bb<\/jats:italic>1206 was most frequently detected (18 of 31 sight lines), while C ii<\/jats:sc>\n \u03bb<\/jats:italic>1334 and Si ii<\/jats:sc>\n \u03bb<\/jats:italic>1260 were detected in 17 and 15 of 31 sight lines, respectively. Many components were consistent with photoionization equilibrium models; most of the cold and cool gas phase clouds were found to have lengths smaller than 2 kpc. Sight lines with smaller impact parameters (\u03c1<\/jats:italic>) normalized by the galaxy\u2019s virial radius (R<\/jats:italic>\n vir<\/jats:sub>) and H i<\/jats:sc> radius (R<\/jats:italic>\n HI<\/jats:sub>) tend to have more components and larger rest-frame equivalent widths (W<\/jats:italic>\n \n r<\/jats:italic>\n <\/jats:sub>) than those that probe the CGM at larger radii. In particular, we find that the location of metals are better traced by \u03c1<\/jats:italic>\/R<\/jats:italic>\n HI<\/jats:sub> rather than the traditional \u03c1<\/jats:italic>\/R<\/jats:italic>\n vir<\/jats:sub>. Larger covering fractions are found closer to galaxies, with a radial decline that depends on the W<\/jats:italic>\n \n r<\/jats:italic>\n <\/jats:sub> limit used. Our results provide new insights into the spatial distribution of metals around the H i<\/jats:sc> disks of low-redshift It is necessary to formulate policies regarding forest governance and forest management plans and appropriate forest utilization. The research was carried out at the Sengayam Protected Forest Management Unit (KPHL). Based on the determination of the work areas for Community Forests and Village Forests in the Sengayam Protected Forest Management Unit, namely KTH Tampuk Cipta Sejahtera and KTH Batuah in Batuah Village, West Pamukan District, Kotabaru Regency. This research was conducted from March 31 2023 to June 31 2023. The method used in this research was purposive sampling, calculated using questionnaire results, recommended from field interviews, spatial analysis and SWOT analysis. metal contamination in soils poses a major environmental risk to ecosystem health and human life. In this study, the methods used for the detection of heavy metals were analyzed. Although traditional laboratory techniques (AAS, ICP-MS, XRF) offer high sensitivity, they are costly and time-consuming. Geostatistical methods model the distribution of pollution by spatial analyses, and remote sensing techniques (satellite and UAV imaging) provide rapid detection over large areas. Machine learning approaches (RF, SVM, ANN) improve prediction accuracy by processing large data sets. Hybrid methods combine these techniques to provide more reliable and comprehensive analyses. dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan minat baca siswa melalui penggunaan buku permainan dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas III UPT SDI BTN IKIP 1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh teknologi dan kurangnya keinginan siswa untuk membaca menyebabkan mereka kurang tertarik untuk membaca. Metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang terdiri dari dua siklus, digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setelah menggunakan buku permainan, minat baca siswa meningkat secara signifikan. Pada siklus pertama, beberapa siswa masih memerlukan pendampingan, meskipun ada peningkatan. Pada siklus kedua, semua indikator minat baca, seperti perasaan senang, pemusatan perhatian, penggunaan waktu, motivasi, emosi, dan upaya membaca, meningkat. Buku game telah terbukti menjadi alat yang efektif untuk menumbuhkan minat baca siswa dengan cara yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu mereduksi data, mendeskripsikan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pada siklus I sebanyak 68,96% atau 20 siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 75,51 dengan kualifikasi cukup dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II sebanyak 86,20% atau 25 siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 80,31 dengan kualifikasi baik. Sedangkan Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini yang saya gunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif serta jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, setiap siklusnya terdiri \u00a0dari 2 kali pertemuan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah menerapkan model problem basedlearning (PBL) dengan pendekatan culturally responsive teaching (CRT) dan bagaimana meningkatkan motivasi dalam belajar siswa. Adapun subjek penelitian yakni guru serta siswa kelas III UPT SPF SDN KIP V Bara-baraya Kota Makassar. Jumlah siswa pada sekolah tersebut di semester genap tahun ajaran 2023\/2024 berjumlah 27 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan\/observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh bahwa terdapat peningkatan dalam pembelajaran, baik pada aktivitas mengajar guru maupun aktivitas belajar siswa. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa pendidikan matematika semester VII IKIP PGRI Madiun. Pemilihan subjek penelitian berdasarkan teknik pengambilan <em>stratified sampling <\/em>dan <em>purposive sampling.<\/em> Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa dengan tipe kepribadian <em>Guardian<\/em>, hanya melakukan proses asimilasi dalam memahami masalah dan membuat rencana penyelesaian dan dalam menyelesaikan masalah dan memeriksa kembali jawaban sudah melakukan proses asimilasi dan abstraksi. Mahasiswa dengan tipe kepribadian <em>Artisan<\/em> dan <em>Rational<\/em> dalam prosedur Polya sudah melakukan proses asimilasi dan abstraksi.
