Reliability was assessed using Cronbach\u2019s alpha coefficient and the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Construct validity was determined by Spearman correlation with the Ankylosing Spondylitis Disease Activity Score (ASDAS), ASAS-HI, and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). Linear regression was used to analyze the associations between the ASAS-HI (dependent variable) and the Thai-BIPQ (independent variable).\nResults\n We recruited 61 patients, 63.9% male, with a mean age of 47.9 years and a mean disease duration of 16 years. The median Thai-BIPQ score was 2. Cronbach\u2019s alpha was 0.53 but increased to 0.73 after deleting the items \u201ctimeline,\u201d \u201ctreatment control,\u201d and \u201ccoherence.\u201d The ICC was 0.95 with no missing data. The Thai-BIPQ showed moderate correlations with the ASDAS, ASAS-HI, and HADS (Spearman\u2019s rho 0.44\u20130.56). According to multivariate regression, Thai-BIPQ (<italic>P<\/italic>\u2009=\u20090.006) and ASDAS\u2009\u2265\u20092.1 (<italic>P<\/italic>\u2009&lt;\u20090.001) were positively associated with the ASAS-HI.\nConclusions\n The Thai-BIPQ is a valid, reliable, and feasible tool for evaluating illness perception in AS patients. Low disease activity and positive illness perception are associated with better functionality and health. Countries like China, Japan, and India use the advantages of blockchain technology. This research work also highlighted the concept of blockchain technology eliminating corruption and fraud, which is the biggest problem in Bangladesh and Pakistan.\n<jats:bold>Methods:<\/jats:bold> Using data from two countries, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, blockchain technology for financial service and globalization. The researcher uses STATA 15.0 for data analysis. The techniques proposed by these methodologies simplify systematically and straightforwardly, which guarantees significant thoroughness, reliability, and regression. For the regression analysis, we use the OLS method.\n<jats:bold>Findings:<\/jats:bold>  Blockchain is a technology that allows currency transactions to occur without a third party\u2019s intervention. In Pakistan and Bangladesh, blockchain systems are very poor compared to other south Asian countries such as China, Alipay, and WeChat\u2019s massive use of digital currency services. Blockchain technology-based currency and financial industries can be decentralized and accountable, beneficial for the digital economy. But Pakistan and Bangladesh are still too far away from blockchain technology.\n<jats:bold>Novelty: <\/jats:bold>There is growing interested in tracking actual assets on overseas shipments, where this technology can meet the needs of merchants, carriers, lenders, insurers, and regulators. Moreover, blockchain technology can control transaction costs and eliminate fraud. Blockchain systems are free from the middleman, which is why we can profit more and more without fraud and corruption in business. The digital economy plays a critical role in developing businesses and society in this fastest-growing Traditionally, gain switched comb sources rely on asymmetrically biased configurations to maintain phase coherence. In this work, we implement a bidirectionally coupled system comprising a two-section discrete mode laser (DML)  and a Fabry-P\\'erot gain switched laser (GSL) integrated on an InP epistructure. By transitioning to a mutually coupled regime with symmetric biasing, we achieve significantly broader and flatter optical spectra. Experimental characterisation reveals that the comb bandwidth and power increase significantly across regimes, with stable phase locking preserved. A delay-differential rate equation model, incorporating nonlinear carrier dynamics and modulation, is developed to replicate the observed comb behaviour. Numerical analysis highlights the role of modulation depth, bias current, injection strength, and frequency detuning in determining comb bandwidth.  The results indicate that mutual coupling provides a robust, scalable route for OFC generation with spectral performance enhanced by a factor of 3.4 compared to the asymmetric regime, suitable for high-capacity optical communications and integrated photonic
