At the moment, distributed Bragg reflectors made of semiconductor materials are mainly used in this capacity. A lot of time and financial resources are spent on their production. Reducing the thickness of the reflector while maintaining its reflectivity would make these devices more affordable and extend their lifetime by reducing thermal noise. With the help of genetic optimization algorithms, the structures of multilayer semiconductor and combined metal-semiconductor reflectors were obtained, having a smaller thickness and equal optical characteristics than those of classical analogues. environmental forces that shape disproportionate HIV rates among women in less-developed countries. Specifically, we analyze how environmental degradation and women\u2019s property rights condition female unemployment rates in poor nations and ultimately, patterns of disease. Using data from 105 less-developed nations, we construct a structural equation model to analyze influences on the proportion of HIV cases among women. We find that environmental degradation is an important, though often overlooked factor contributing to the female HIV burden across nations, through mechanisms such as female unemployment, disenfranchisement, and poor access to socio-health services. We also find that restrictions on property rights for women impact female unemployment and access to health services. The same place and the same time every year.\r\nTen years passed from the first workshop. History of the workshop starts from 2009 with 16 presentations. The idea of such workshop came up at the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics. Lithuanian Academy of Sciences and the Lithuanian Computer Society supported this idea. This idea got approval both in the Lithuanian research community and abroad. The number of this year presentations is 81. The number of registered participants is 113 from 13 countries.\r\nIn 2010, the Institute of Mathematics and Informatics became a member of Vilnius University, the largest university of Lithuania. In 2017, the institute changes its name into the Institute of Data Science and Digital Technologies. This name reflects recent activities of the institute. The renewed institute has eight research groups: Cognitive Computing, Image and Signal Analysis, Cyber-Social Systems Engineering, Statistics and Probability, Global Optimization, Intelligent Technologies, Education Systems, Blockchain Technologies.\r\nThe main goal of the workshop is to introduce the research undertaken at Lithuanian and foreign universities in the fields of data science and software engineering. Annual organization of the workshop allows the fast interchanging of new ideas among the research community.\r\nEven 11 companies supported the workshop this year. This means that the topics of the workshop are actual for business, too. Topics of the workshop cover big data, bioinformatics, data science, blockchain technologies, deep learning, digital technologies, high-performance computing, visualization methods for multidimensional data, machine learning, medical informatics, ontological engineering, optimization in data science, business rules, and software engineering. A brief history of the study of this group of animals is reviewed. The use of two accounting methods (cones with guide systems and trap lines) made it possible to identify the species composition most fully. 18 species of insectivores and rodents have been registered in the studied territory. At the same time, the species composition, the group of background and dominant species, and the indicators of the total abundance of small mammals in the studied territory were largely determined by the specifics of the animal accounting method. The core of small mammals of the northern forest-steppe of the Tobolo-Ishim interfluve consisted of species tending to moistened habitats \u2013 common and pigmy shrew. In general, regardless of the method of accounting animals, they were characterized by low abundance in the study Money transfers sent by migrants are no exception, and they have a significant impact on the economy as a whole. Migration is caused by powerful economic and labor market forces: large differences in wages and employment opportunities both between developed countries and in developing countries and in developing regions create powerful incentives for people to migrate in order to achieve higher income and increase the expected income for their families. Labor migration manifests itself in two main types: emigration and immigration. Among the migration policy instruments used by countries around the world to regulate migration flows are: the creation of a program to stimulate the re-emigration of educational and labor migrants; the application of special organizational and economic mechanisms for the return of migrants and their integration into society; the creation of a mechanism for regulating labor re-emigration; formation of an optimal environment for readaptation, including residence, employment, and further integration of migration potential. Problems and prospects for the development of migration policy in developed countries are significant in the 21st century, as the spread of migrants around the world is increasing every year. Migration can contribute to trade, remittances, innovations, and investments in the country of origin. Migration policy in host countries can contribute to the development of countries, but on the other hand can cause many problems. Significant changes will occur in the development of US migration policy after D. Trump wins the election. After all, even during the presidential campaign, he clearly stated that his migration policy would be the opposite of his predecessor. International Economic Relations And World Economy"],"published-print":{"date-parts":[[2025,12,30]]},"abstract":"<jats:p>The article substantiates the importance of conducting a quantitative assessment of the role of young migrants in the development of national intellectual capital. A methodology for assessing the contribution of young migrants to the development of intellectual capital in EU countries is proposed, which is based on the calculation of a complex integral indicator - the index of the contribution of young migrants to the development of intellectual capital. The aforementioned index is calculated based on an additive model that takes into account seven simple indicators and takes into account the structure of immigration, the concentration of young migrants by country, their educational and qualification level, the level of employment and integration into the economy of the host country. Based on this methodology, the contribution of young migrants to the development of intellectual capital in eighteen EU countries was assessed for the period 2021-2023, and based on the results obtained, EU members were grouped according to the significance of the role of young immigrants in the development of intellectual capital. In particular, three groups of countries have been identified: those for which youth migration, like migration in general, does not have a significant impact on the development of intellectual capital; those for which youth migration has a significant impact on demographic processes, but does not have a significant positive impact on the intellectualization of national human capital due to the peculiarities of migration flows or the ineffectiveness of policies for attracting intellectual migrants and integrating young migrants; the third is national economies in which young immigrants play a significant role in the development of intellectual capital. It is generalized that in countries with a relatively small population and a specific structure of immigration flows, the influence of foreigners is particularly noticeable. Such states are characterized by an influx of migrants with higher education, foreign students, and immigrants from countries with a high level of human development. It is substantiated that, on the one hand, the migration of highly qualified specialists is determined by socio-economic development and conditions for professional growth in the countries of emigration and immigration, and on the other hand, it has a significant impact on national economies, as it causes the development of human capital, the influx of knowledge and skills that are scarce in the labor market of the host country. Both general, typical for migration in general, and specific ones are highlighted, which determine the intensification of the movement of the population with higher education and qualifications between countries of the world. The current data on the loss and development of intellectual capital in the world's economies are studied based on the analysis of \u201cbrain drain\u201d indices and global talent competitiveness. Special attention is paid to the influx of foreign students seeking education as a source of replenishment of the country's intellectual capital and data on national economies that are leaders in the internationalization of education are considered. The impact of economically differentiated migration policy as a mechanism for balancing the labor market and filling \u201cgaps\u201d in the labor market formed by structural unemployment is considered. The impact of digitalization and \u201cgreening\u201d of the economy on the labor market situation is examined using the example of the European Union. In particular, it has been determined that the development of the digital economy and the introduction of environmental approaches to management causes a shortage of qualified specialists, which can be covered both by developing national intellectual capital and by attracting specialists from abroad.
